Jeff Gagné is the author of Filemaker Pro 5 Developer's Guide, published by Hungry Minds and co-author of Database Design and Publishing with Don Crabb published by IDG Books. Jeff's software products have earned a Codie Award, a 4-mouse review in MacUser, Top 100 Products from MacWorld and selection as one of the Top 200 Products for the Mac awarded by MacUser magazine. Jeff served in various roles at Claris Software, including; Manager of Partner Marketing, Claris Solutions Alliance Manager, Product Manager for FileMaker Pro. Jeff moved then to Apple where he was the Product Manager for Apple's Professional Services Group and field sales support teams. He then moved on to Pearson where Jeff was a Senior Product Manager focused on merging technologies and mobile. Jeff is currently the Product Manager for Item File at Walmart.
