He helps organizations transform their ways of working by adopting and adapting Agile ways of working. He has deep expertise in both traditional and agile frameworks.
   A former President of PMI Chicagoland chapter, Jonathan served on its Executive Board for over a decade. He has spoken at PMI Global PMXPO, PMI Global Summit, and various PMI Chapter conferences and meetings in the past. His most recent contribution to the PMI community was serving on the 2025 PMI Project Success Insight Team with other thought leaders.
