"Introduction to Disciplined Agile: Escaping Framework Prison"

By the end of this session, you'll grasp Disciplined Agile, its benefits, and the concept of guided continuous improvement. You'll also learn to use the DA Browser (DA toolkit available free online) to define your own Ways of Working (WoW).

Speaker: Junaid Sagheer 

Junaid is a Senior Technical Project Manager working with Confiz LLC. With 12 years of experience in the IT Industry, he led global projects working with clients in the USA, Mexico, China, Sweden and Ghana. Last notable project was to lead teams of Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, and Data Engineers, developing data pipelines, crafting forecasts and anomaly detection libraries for a major retail company.
