Topic: "PM Servitude - Discussion on How To Create Psychologically Safe Ecosystems By Humanizing Work and Giving back your Community"
Speaker: Bill Dominguez

Bill currently resides in Wye Mountain, Arkansas, very rural with gigabit speeds. A bit of change from decades in Silicon Valley and San Francisco. He grew up in Houston, TX where he got his first taste of project management and while attending college, he was a musician (drums) for a few bands and served as a photographer for record companies and music publications when major acts came into town. He continued photography through the years and won international awards. Moved to California right after the World Series earthquake figuring he was good for a few more years before the next one.
He has been involved in and supported the PMI community since 2007 and received my PMP in 2010. Served mainly in the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter, SFBAC, where he held various director and VP positions, the Wine Country Chapter where he held VP Professional Development, and as an active volunteer in the Silicon Valley, Central Valley, and Sacramento chapters.
Over the last 20 years, he has held multiple workshops, leading to certifications, for various PMI chapters on various project management topics such as Kanban, Lean, Agile, and Change Management, and also presented at various PMI Symposiums, Regions, Global, and chapters.
He has subject matter expertise in the areas of value innovation, solution identification, program management, team building, organizational alignment, and removing the ‘dis’ from diseased ecosystems. He's helped over 20 companies from startups to Fortune 10 recognize value opportunities and built and led transformations, high-performance sales, marketing, development, professional services, and customer service organizations deliver high quality and value.
He holds the following certifications: PMP, NPPQ, CSM, CSPO, Kanban Methodologist, Innovation Games Architect and Facilitator, Master Results and Performance Coach, Presentation Skills Coach, Master Neuro-Linguistic Programming practitioner, Lean-Agile Project Management, and recently received the NeuralPlanMaster Planner Certification for Behavioral Project Management
