Change Leadership: Part 2

Last month we dived into why change is so hard, and went through a series of tools you can use to help people navigate through change and create successful projects.

You were HIGHLY ENCOURAGED to practice those tools in low-stakes situations and try them out within your projects (and, yes, in your families and with friends – that’s how useful these tools really are).

In tonight’s meeting, we’ll briefly review the tools, and answer in-depth questions about how to use them. Grace will answer questions in the moment (though if you’d like to submit more complex questions ahead of time, by all means do so via her website’s Connect page at https://www.gracejudson.com/connect/).

Even if you don’t have questions, come join us anyway. You can learn a lot by listening to other people’s challenges, which might spark follow-on questions or ideas.

The best way to learn any tool is by practicing – and by brainstorming with others in a round-table or mastermind setting!
