Synopsis/Bio

Embracing Change Through Intrinsic Motivation

Mr. Caine is a Principal Agile Consultant at UST Global with more than 15 years of international experience; executing, coaching, consulting and training in traditional and agile delivery across large scale complex enterprise organizations as well as smaller agencies. Agile training, mentoring, facilitation, and coaching is his passion.

Mr. Caine takes a pragmatic approach to enterprise Agile Transformations, focusing on agile principles and values. He is experienced bringing Agility to all levels of the organization, including executives and teams. Mr. Caine has authored and delivered many Agile training courses as well as delivered training at every level. He is also very fluent and able to incorporate emergent methods such as Management 3.0, Radical Management, Cynefin, Systems Thinking, and Lean in his coaching toolkit.
